HydrationDepot.com ships all less than pallet quantities from our distribution center in Fort Lauderdale. We will always ship Best Way to you or your multiple destinations, and provide lowest available shipping rates to our customers. We can work with most clients preferred shippers if clients choose to use a preferred shipper. We cannot ship orders COD and all freight must be paid in advance if not shipped on clients shipper number. Shipping is also available to FPO/APO addresses. You will need to speak to our customer service department to arrange this shipping and to place your order. Hydration Depot proudly supports our military.

Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly take it back. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Special orders and drop shipments are not returnable. Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Products past suggested use by dates, cannot be returned.
