Return Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and service. We offer a 30-day conditional return policy on eligible items from the date your order is received.

Because of the nature of our products, all food and beverage items including powders, concentrates, and liquid drink mixes are not returnable. For all other products, please contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back, as returns without authorization cannot be accepted.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or logoed items, made-to-order products, sale items, closeouts, and drop shipments are not eligible for return. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless the wrong item was shipped due to our error. Shipping costs apply both ways on non-defective returns.

If your equipment or cooler requires replacement parts, we will work directly with the manufacturer under their warranty policy to help resolve the issue quickly. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, and our team is available to assist with coordination whenever possible.
