What is Overtime hydration?

Overtime is a sugar-free electrolyte brand made by Pro Line Products, built specifically for hardworking people who spend their day in the heat. It is a smaller, workforce-focused name rather than a mass-retail sports drink, and it leans on a safety-and-wellness angle. The brand highlights a sugar-free, lower-sodium, higher-potassium formula that it markets as diabetic-friendly, so present the specific numbers as Overtime's own claims until confirmed against the label.

What forms of Overtime does Hydration Depot carry?

The core format is Single Serve Shotz, a stick packet you pour into a roughly 17 ounce bottle and shake, sold 400 to a case with five flavors and in larger 1600-pack bundles. There are also sugar-free freezer pops in a 1500-count variety pack and 2.5-gallon powder pouches for cooler stations. One thing that makes Overtime simple: the whole line is sugar-free, so you are not choosing between regular and zero, the zero is the product.

Why would a crew choose the single-serve shot format?

Because it takes the guesswork out of dosing in the field. One packet goes into one water bottle, no measuring and no mixing station, and it dissolves in a single shake, so each worker gets a consistent serving wherever they are. That portability suits job-site crews, event teams, and emergency or disaster-relief operations where a central cooler is not practical. A solid anchor SKU is the Overtime Single Serve Shotz five-flavor variety in the 400-count case.
