At 30-60% lighter than traditional cooling vests, the Chill-Its 6260 Lightweight Phase Change Cooling Vest keeps workers cooler, safer, and more productive. Phase change cooling packs maintain 64°F / 18°C for up to 2 hours. Features adjustable slide-buckle closures, a heavy-duty front zipper, and two front zippered pockets.

Sizing:

• Available in 3 sizes - S/M, L/XL, and 2XL/3XL
• To find your size, wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your chest, under your arms, and completely around your torso. See size chart for more information.

How to Activate:

• Place the 4 removable packs in one of the following to recharge:
• Fastest: Ice water for 5 minutes
• Faster: Freezer for 8 minutes
• Fast: Refrigerator for 12 minutes
• Or place near an air conditioner for 1 hour
• Once recharged, place cooling packs back into the vest pockets for hours of cooling relief

What is Phase Change Material:

• Unlike traditional ice vests, Phase Change Material (PCM) absorbs and releases heat at a controlled temperature
• Stays at an optimal cooling point - no ice burn, no extreme cold, no dripping
• Delivers steady, long-lasting cooling relief in high-heat environments

How to Clean:

• Cooling packs: Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water. Dry with a cloth or paper towel. Do NOT machine wash or dry.
• Fabric vest: Machine washable with mild soap. Hang dry.
